Pearsall's tables are made from primarily two materials, walnut and glass. His tables, like most of his chairs and sofas, are designed to marry natural elements for an organic and earthy look. The sensual shapes and lines of the walnut bases are made to be seen through the glass tops, so that the design is reflected not only through the glass's transparency but also through the way light hits and shimmers off the glass.

Later on Pearsall also designed solid walnut coffee tables as well as chrome and glass ones.
